Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable.

Tickets are transferable until 7 days before the event. They remain valid if WLU are informed of the new holder’s full name and valid email address by the original ticket holder. This must be done by email only.

Should we need to cancel the event due to any circumstances that are outside our control, for example, to comply with a requirement by law like a lockdown, the event will be rescheduled and your ticket will be transferred to the new date.
